With rapid expansion across the Mid-Atlantic, we’re seeking a Sales Manager to help lead and grow our high-performing sales team.
What You’ll Do – Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance management
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and KPIs
Interview and hire new sales talent
Collaborate with Operations and other departments to resolve customer issues and project logistics
Conduct regular team meetings to drive accountability and share updates
Ensure adherence to company policies, dress code, and performance expectations
Handle administrative duties including PTO management, employee records, and office logistics
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in outside sales leadership or team management
Experience in home improvement, construction, roofing, or similar industries preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate, driven, and self-motivated personality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Proficiency in performance coaching and data-driven decision making

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $75,000
