We’re hiring a Canvassing Manager to lead and grow our local sales team. If you’re a driven, results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of Canvassing Representatives in the local market

• Organize and run daily team meetings to set goals and drive motivation

• Recruit, hire, and train new team members

• Monitor team performance using key sales and appointment-setting metrics

• Conduct regular field ride-alongs, 1-on-1 coaching, and real-time feedback

• Celebrate wins and coach for improvement to maximize performance

• Ensure all canvassing efforts align with company goals and standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or team management preferred

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold team members accountable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented

• Willingness to work in the field and lead by example
