MLM Home Improvement is a fast-growing exterior remodeling company serving homeowners throughout the region. We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable professional to join our Gaithersburg office as a Permitting & Administrative Coordinator.

This is a stable, full-time, in-person role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping processes moving efficiently behind the scenes.

No permitting experience required. We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit permit applications to local municipalities

  • Complete documentation accurately and on time

  • Mail and track permit fee payments

  • Maintain organized permit records and status tracking

  • Provide updates to homeowners when needed

  • Assist with scheduling coordination

  • Support minor repair follow-ups

  • Handle general administrative duties to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail

  • High level of organization

  • Ability to follow structured processes

  • Professional communication skills

  • Comfortable working with paperwork and deadlines

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Reliable and accountable

Administrative, office coordination, customer service, hospitality, or clerical experience is a plus but not required.
