$50,000–$55,000 annually
MLM Home Improvement is a fast-growing exterior remodeling company serving homeowners throughout the region. We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable professional to join our Gaithersburg office as a Permitting & Administrative Coordinator.
This is a stable, full-time, in-person role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping processes moving efficiently behind the scenes.
No permitting experience required. We will train the right person.
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit permit applications to local municipalities
Complete documentation accurately and on time
Mail and track permit fee payments
Maintain organized permit records and status tracking
Provide updates to homeowners when needed
Assist with scheduling coordination
Support minor repair follow-ups
Handle general administrative duties to support daily operations
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
High level of organization
Ability to follow structured processes
Professional communication skills
Comfortable working with paperwork and deadlines
Basic computer proficiency
Reliable and accountable
Administrative, office coordination, customer service, hospitality, or clerical experience is a plus but not required.
